What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included every day with your stay. Breakfast hours may vary and will be confirmed during your visit.
Does the property have air conditioning?
No. Casa Mia El Cuyo is intentionally designed without air conditioning. Comfort is provided through cross-ventilation and ceiling fans, making the most of the natural coastal breeze.
How do reservations and payments work?
All reservations require a credit-card guarantee. A 100% pre-authorization is made to confirm your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our standard policy is flexible. You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within that window are charged as a deposit, which can be credited toward a new stay within one year.
For peak periods (December, Easter, and local festivities), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival. After that, a 100% penalty applies.
Can I bring my dog?
We love animals and strive to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. We accept dogs under these conditions:
* Do not leave them alone in the room.
* Do not bring them on the bed.
* Avoid excessive barking.
There is a $300 fee per dog and a refundable $500 deposit for potential damages. Please confirm that you agree to our policy.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor areas.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Do you offer activities or kitesurfing lessons?
Yes. We work with Extreme Control Adventures, a trusted partner, the only IKO certified center in El Cuyo. For kitesurfing and related activities.
Is parking available and where are you located?
Street parking is available nearby. Casa Mia El Cuyo is located at the end of Zona Veraniega, just steps from the kite beach.
