CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 15:00 Check-out: 11:00
• Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. A charge of 50% of the room rate will apply.
• Reception is open until 5:00 PM. If you are arriving later, you can access your room through our self check-in system. Instructions will be sent via WhatsApp.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All rates are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. We accept Bank Transfer, Wise, or Zelle.
• Please contact us within 12 hours via email, WhatsApp, or phone to complete the process. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
• All confirmed reservations require a credit card guarantee. The property will pre-authorize 100% of the total reservation amount.

 

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY (14 DAYS)

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
• Cancellations within 14 days: 50% of the total stay will be charged
• No-show: 100% of the total reservation will be charged
• A 50% prepayment will be charged within 14 days prior to arrival

 

DOG POLICY

We love animals and aim to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Dogs are accepted upon request only and under the following conditions:

• Dogs must not be left alone in the room
• Dogs are not allowed on beds
• Excessive barking must be avoided
• A fee of $300 MXN per dog will be charged at check-in, plus a refundable $500 MXN deposit in case of damages.

Please confirm that you agree to these conditions prior to arrival.
