Our philosophy is rooted in conscious hospitality. We believe that comfort does not always mean excess, and that true well-being often comes from tranquility, natural ventilation, local materials, and a close connection with the surrounding environment.
For this reason, our rooms were designed to take advantage of the sea breeze and natural airflow rather than relying on air conditioning. High ceilings, cross-ventilation, and open spaces allow the tropical climate to become part of the experience rather than something completely shut out.
We also prioritize local and homemade products in our breakfasts, including artisan bread, homemade granola, regional honey, local eggs, and other fresh ingredients that reflect the richness of Yucatán.
Casa Mía is located just a few steps from a quiet beach, far from large tourist resorts. Here, you will not find crowds or loud music. Instead, you will find hammocks, gardens, natural shade, starry skies, and the constant sound of the wind and the waves.
Our commitment to the environment includes reducing single-use plastics, using water responsibly, preserving green spaces, and operating with the lowest possible environmental impact within a protected ecosystem.
